Single room in Tufnell Park

One of our flatmates is sadly moving out and we have a single room going in our North London flat from the 1st of August. We are an all female flat and would preferably be looking for another female, age 26+.

Room: It is a lovely single room with a double bed, bookshelf, bedside drawer, desk and freestanding wardrobe.

About the house: it's a 3 bedroom flat on a top floor, very nice, spacious with lots of sunlight, a large kitchen + living area, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Beautiful shared garden - you're welcome to plant your own things 🌿🌱

Accessibility: Top (2nd) floor with no lift (10 stairs going up and 16 inside the flat split between 3 small staircases).

Rent is £712month + bills usually coming to around £100. The deposit is TBC with the landlord.

We are on a very quiet road less than 10 minutes from Tufnell Park Station. 15 min walk to Kentish Town, 20 min walk to Gospel Oak, 20 min walk to Hampstead Heath, and 15 min walk to Holloway Road!

Lots of lovely pubs & taverns, restaurants, little parks, supermarkets, off-licences + an Italian deli round the corner.

About us:

Irene – 39 (she/her) is a violin and piano teacher. She enjoys the arts, psychology and nature. Respectful of other people's space, she values a calm, quiet home environment. Friendly and sociable, she appreciates open communication, kindness and consideration for others.

Tahlia – 26 (she/her) psychology graduate working in probate genealogy. Always up for a chat and hanging out after work, but also respectful of people's space and appreciates quiet time! :)

We would ideally be looking for someone a bit more long term. Someone nice and friendly, respectful and mindful of shared spaces: we do like to keep the flat very clean and tidy and are looking for someone who would contribute to this ✨

We're not a party house and tend to enjoy a quieter, calmer atmosphere at home, so we're looking for someone who would appreciate that kind of environment too.
