We are on the hunt for a third roomie to join us in a gorj 3bed 2bath flat in the heart of Islington on the 5th of August!

✨ massive bathroom with a separate shower and tub, only sharing with Enya (she has lots of skin care goodies to share)

🌸 top floor (3rd level) flat so no chance of noisy upstairs neighbours
🌸 split level flat - bedrooms are on the top level
🌸 right in the heart of Islington N7
🌸 5 min walk to Holloway Road and Caledonian Road tube + buses, and only 10 min walk to Highbury and Islington
🌸 big kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer
🌸 open plan living room and dining area (its super roomy!!)
🌸 SO MUCH LIGHT with massive full length windows
🌸 lil balcony for fresh air heaps of spots for extra storage

☀️ we joined up on Spareroom a year ago and have been living in this flat since then!
☀️ our lovely third roomie is moving out because she’s in luuurve, but we’ve all become great friends living together and hope that sounds like the kind of place for you!

☀️ we both work from home a couple of days a week and you're welcome to as well
