Spacious Double Room in Islington!

Hi there!

We have a bright, spacious double room available in our lovely brand-new flat in Islington. Unfortunately, our flatmate has to move away earlier than expected, so the room is available from 15th July.

We're looking for one person to move in, initially as a subtenant for 2 months and 3 weeks, and then take over the tenancy on a long-term basis. We're not looking for separate short-term and long-term tenants—we'd love to find someone who wants to stay and make the flat their home.

You'll be sharing with two professional women—a fashion producer and a lawyer. We're easygoing, tidy, and independent, but also enjoy the occasional glass of wine, dinner together, or a good chat.

We're looking for a creative, full-time employed professional (female preferred), aged 30+, who is looking for a friendly, respectful home rather than just somewhere to stay.

To meet the landlord's referencing requirements, you must be in full-time employment. Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept students.

Rent: £715 pcm
Deposit: £562.50
Bills: Approximately £170/month in summer and £200/month in winter.
