• Room is £1700 per month (including expenses), move in 3rd Aug till the end of the lease which is 30th Sept
• double bed and double wardrobe, seperate ensuite
• located at N1 3AF
• living with two other couples and one single person
• option to purchase winter & summer bedding, coat hangers and other bedroom necessities, otherwise room only comes with bed and bedside tables. Would be ideal for someone moving to London but this isn’t a dealbreaker at all.

Me and my partner are leaving London and need someone to cover the end of our lease. We will pay for a cleaner at the end so no need to worry about doing any admin at the end of the lease.

We have lovely flatmates who are all super laidback and nice people. We like to cook together but if you weren’t interested in this then no pressure. Like to go to our local pub, go to the park etc etc.
