My flatmates and I are looking to fill 1 room in our Islington flat to replace one of our lovely flatmates who is moving in with her sister - move-in date asap!!!

The flat is a 4 bedroom, with a large and cozy living room area! The bedroom is double, furnished, and has a desk/vanity.

You will be living with myself, and 2 more lovely girls (all 25yo) and we’ve been in the flat for 2 years together!

Ideally looking for a girl (mid twenties) to move in who is super friendly, respectful, and want to be friends with their flatmates! So would love to be able to watch tv together after work and yap/debrief, grab a drink and explore london on the weekends, have cute little dinners (in or out!), and even have the occasional lil boogie 🕺🏼

We’re hoping to find a good fit so would love to meet up before finalising who moves in! 🥰

The rent is paid monthly. Council tax band D. They do reference checks so have to be able to pass those!

Transport links are great, with Canonbury Station less than 2 mins walk (across the road from us) for the Overground, Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria Line, National Rail and Overground) less than 10 mins walk, and loads of buses around too.

The flat is lovely and the location is fab with lots of greenery and parks nearby, we have loved our time here so far, hence why we are staying on for the foreseeable!
