We’re looking for a new housemate to join our three-bedroom flat in Islington, following our current housemate moving out.

The available room is a bright double with built in wardrobes. The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with two sofas, a dining table and TV. There is also a modern shared bathroom with a bath and shower.

The location is ideal for Holloway Road, Arsenal and Highbury & Islington, with plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets nearby.

You’ll be living with me and my housemate Jacob. We’re both working professionals and are active people who enjoy the gym, running and sport.

We’re sociable and enjoy spending time together at home, but equally value our own space and downtime.

We’d like someone who is friendly and wants to feel part of the household rather than just renting a room.

We’re looking for another professional who is clean, considerate and easy to live with, ideally with a similar balance between being sociable and doing their own thing.

Rent: £870 per month
