Two lovely double rooms in Barnsbury, Islington

I have 2 lovely bright newly decorated and furnished small double rooms at the top of my victorian house in Barnsbury, not far from Kings cross, Upper Street, Islington and central London. (ideally Monday to Friday 3/4 nights a week)
The house, with a fabulous garden, is in a side street with no through traffic so lovely and quiet. Close to a number of fantastic Gastropubs in Islington, 5 mins walk to Upper Street.

Both rooms have small double beds, wardrobe and side tables and share a bathroom with bath, shower and vanity unit and a separate wc next door.
The top floor is dedicated to these rooms.
You will have use of your own separate TV room for renters of these rooms to use.
Shared use of the kitchen and dining room and garden.
( I have my own living room and bathhroom.)
Lovely sunny south west facing garden with plenty of seating and loungers to relax in at the end of the day.

I do have 3 small/ mid size very friendly dogs so you must be happy to be welcomed by them. (They are not allowed to the bedrooms and will be kept in the basement floor.)

Seeking someone reasonable, tidy/clean, and independent. Will suit someone who is looking for a weekday pad in London who likes dogs! No parties.

Wifi and bills included.
Toiletries in the bathroom and towels
linen changed each week.

Transport to central London and beyond.
Its an 8 min walk to Highbury and Islington Station (WGSN to Bank, Overland rail, Victoria Line)
8 min walk to Caledonian rd station Piccadilly line
2-3 mn walk to overground at Caledonian rd and Bansbury station
153 bus stops round the corner from the house.
All bus routes on Caledonian rd and Upperstreet/ Highbury and Islington, Holloway and Angel are within a 8-15 min walk.
20 min walk to Kings Cross or plenty of buses on Caledonian Road which is a 3-4 min walk.
