Our flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over her extra-large double room from some time in August!

The room is super sunny and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and plenty of space to make it your own.

You’ll be living with myself & one other girl, 24&25 and we both work full time in London mix between in office & wfh! We’re super sociable and want someone who will fit the same vibe! We’re looking for someone aged 23–27 who’s clean, considerate and would like to be part of the flat rather than just rent a room. 💗

The flat is a cosy, fully furnished three-bedroom apartment on Holloway Road with a spacious living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom and separate laundry room. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, cafés, restaurants and excellent transport links. We also have a really responsive landlord.

💷 Rent: £1,250 pcm (excluding bills)

🧾 Bills: Around £100–£150 per month
