The room comes with the option to either 1 double bed or 2 double beds to fit up to 4 people, a desk and chair perfect for working from home, and a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage to keep things tidy. Big windows look out onto a quiet, enclosed interior street, so it stays wonderfully peaceful — a proper retreat from the buzz of the city just outside.

It's ready to move straight into. We're after someone clean, respectful and easy to share with — no parties, please. All applicants genuinely welcome.

Price:
£1,150 per month (for up to 2 ppl)
£1,550 (for 4 people) + £500 deposit.
Availability: Now, for stays of 1 to 3 months.

Please note: this room comes with a short notice period, meaning you may be asked to vacate with as little as two weeks or 1 month notice. We'd rather be upfront so there are no surprises.
