Room is large with a double bed. On 2nd floor so not much street noise and plenty of light.

Location is excellent for anyone needing access to central or north London.
- 15mins to Kings Cross
- 10mins to Islington
- 15mins to Dalston (overground)
- 15mins cycle to Hampstead Heath.

House contains 3 toilets, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, all quirky decorated.

There is a living room, though this is used as a the studio/office of the musician, so only useable if he's out.

Housemates are friendly, musician and climate scientist.

For working out - Cally swimming pool, Islington tennis + gym, and Arundel outdoor gym (all walking distance)

Kitchen has 2 fridges and a large stove + oven. Also has washing machine and tumble drier.

Food - excellent spots along Cally Rd, near the Hemingford Arms - one of best pubs in London. Also 10mins walk to Upper Street.
