Looking for a housemate to join us in a gorgeous newly refurbished 3-bedroom home in Highbury & Islington from 11 August.

Where you will live:

- 10-minute walk to Highbury & Islington or Arsenal stations, 8-minute walk to Holloway Road station and around the corner from Drayton Park Overground

- 10-minute walk to Highbury Fields, with easy access to Finsbury Park and Clissold Park

A little about us:

Sarah – Account Manager in a tech company, working hybrid. I moved over from Australia a year ago and am plant-obsessed, always planning my next trip or somewhere distracted by a cute dog.

Rachael (my sister) – Fitness Coach who also works in Formula 1. She's also from Australia but has been living in London for the past 9 years. Self described as an ocean loving nomad, good luck keeping her in the country for more than two weeks, and definitely ask for her Google list for literally any country.

We're clean and tidy, love getting out and about, but also enjoy a glass of wine, trash TV or a good murder mystery. We'd love to find someone who's up for the occasional family dinner, a trip to the pub or a movie night, while also appreciating everyone's own space.

You better believe there will be BBQ's around the paddling pool in the summer.

We're looking for someone who:
