*The Flat*
- Short walk from Highbury fields / Emirates stadium, on a quiet street off Holloway Road
- Modern secure apartment block - well insulated aka tolerable temperatures in this heat and in winter
- Split level with large living room, separate dining section + open plan breakfast bar kitchen
- Plenty of space in a bright and airy shared area to have your own space outside of your bedroom
- Lift in the building + a spot in the interior courtyard for bike storage

*The Flatmates*
- You'll be living with us - two brothers, Ross (27) and Ben (29)
- One of us is in the office 5 days a week, the other usually works from home once or twice a week
- Super friendly - love a movie/tv show after work, sharing a meal, and hanging out inside or outside the flat (of course we like our own time too, no pressure to be social 24/7)

*The Room*
- Large room - easily fits a double bed and large desk
- Built in wardrobe + private ensuite bathroom
- Comes with a bed frame / mattress / desk / bedside table and some coat hangers

*Transport*
- Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) 6 min walk
- Drayton Park (Great Northern Train) 4 min walk - quick access into Moorgate/Liverpool St.
- Highbury & Islington (TFL overground and Victoria Line) - 9 min walk
- Lots of buses too

*Who We're Looking For*
- Someone around our age, working full time - ideally in the office a few times a week
- We like a social flat and having people over - it's just not an afters house
- No pets, no smoking/vaping in the flat
