3 Recent Masters Graduates Seeking Housemate

We are three friends who just completed our masters degrees in international development. This house in Islington is a 10 minute walk to Highbury and Islington station, very close to Holloway Road and all the fun pubs/restaurants of Angel! It's across the street from a school, so the area is pretty safe.

We are pretty social people -- love cooking, going out, concerts, and having friends over. The house has a great living room and garden space that we're looking forward to using for hosting dinners and movie nights. We're very clean and will be keeping the shared living spaces tidy.

The contract starts August 14th. We are open to short term subletters until September, but also looking for someone long term. The photos aren't great cause I had to screenshot them from a video, but I am happy to send a video of the full property if you are interested!
