Spacious Islington House in fab location!

We have a large, queen sized bedroom available from the end of Aug/early Sept, in a spacious five bed, Victorian terraced house. Close to Highbury fields and Angel, sharing with 4 other people (2 guys, 2 gals).

I can be flexible on move in. Ideal would be sometime from 1 September - 10 September, but please message if you are interested and would like to move in slightly sooner/later.

The place
The house is generously sized, split over 5 levels and features:
- 2 bathrooms + a ground floor toilet – you'll share one of these with just one of us.
- Shared, light-filled lounge/dining room, lots of space for hosting and dinners
- Well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and 2 fridge/freezer
- Beautiful sized garden which has been well maintained by us

The room
Your room is one of the biggest in the house and located in on the bottom floor but has heaps of natural light!
- spacious, bright and fully furnished with a queen bed, multiple chest of drawers, cupboard and desk. The bedrooms are split across the different levels, so in general the house feels quite spacious. I also have put new curtains in since these photos were taken that are floor length and neutral, you can keep them if you like :)

The location
- Great location, super accessible to both Highbury and Islington tube (7 min walk) and Angel station (15 min walk). Bus stop to central 2 mins away.
- 2 min walk to Upper street and 15 min to Angel precinct so shopping/eating/pubbing is a dream
- Super safe area, and the house is well insulated so keeps the busyness of London outside (and warm in the winter), and very quiet
- you can apply for a residents parking permit if you have a car, and there is discounted visitors parking

The people
You’ll be living with Arti (aussie gal, Maisie (english gal), Andy (english guy) and Matt (aussie guy). We all get along well and enjoy all the usual London things like pub nights, movie nights, London parks and travelling.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and is looking to be a part of a home, as well as considerate, respectful and tidy.

The specifics
*Rent is £961.30 pcm and payable direct to the real estate agents on the 1st of each month.
*Deposit of £899.99 will be placed into the renters deposit scheme via the landlady's estate agent
*Bills are excluded and usually come to around £80-130 pcm, depending on the season. This includes all; gas, water, electricity, council tax, wifi and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight. Council tax is band G.
* You'll look after one of the bills (I look after council tax)
*Our real estate agent is responsive when it comes to repairs and maintenance, the bedroom is due to be repainted in the next few months (unless you don't want it to be!) and they are repainting the outside and garden.
*Professional reference checks will need to be carried out and provided.
