✨Room to Rent Finsbury Park✨

We’ve got a lovely room available in our three bedroom, two bathroom flat between Finsbury Park and Holloway Road from the 1st October. We are looking to fill the room as our friend is moving in with her boyfriend. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a dresser. Rent is £1175 and bills are approx £150.

📍 The flat is a 10 minute walk to both Holloway Road and Finsbury Park tube stations as well as being on various bus routes. There is a big Morrisons and Waitrose within a 5 minute walk as well as lots of cafes and restaurants in the area.

🏡 Myself and Katie met at Uni in 2017 and have lived together on/off ever since. We are looking for a corporate baddie aged 25-30 who is sociable, chatty and laid back. We like hanging out, watching TV and yapping when we’re in the flat, so it would be great if you’d be up for that as well. Whilst we enjoy an occasional night out, we are pub girls rather than club girls.

A bit about us:

• Jenna (27): I am an architectural assistant training to become an architect next year! In my free time I love a spin class, trying out new food spots (especially noodles) and going to the pub or cinema with pals.

• Katie (27): I am a software engineer (not a weird one). I’ve recently been learning pottery and making lots of mediocre pots :/ I love cooking, watching rubbish tv and staring at my cat.

• Rosie (9): I am a cat. I love my ball of string, sitting in plant pots and wolfing down Whiskas. I am the sweetest girl and love a tummy tickle.
