Sublet from September, 2-3months or more if needed

Subletting my room in a homely two-bed maisonette flat on Caledonian Road. I am going to my hometown in Turkey and then some travelling after hence the duration. And dates are very flexible.

I cycle everywhere these days. I can get to Hampstead Heath in about 15 mins. Victoria Park in 20 minutes. The overground is just over the road, the Mildmay line can take you to Hackney in 20-25 minutes. Go one stop to Highbury and Islington to get on victoria line and you’ll be in central London in 15 minutes. The Picadilly line is a little further if you walk 10 minutes to Caledoanian Road underground station and this can take you to Hammersmith in 30-40 minutes. King’s Cross is obviously just here, a 5 minute bus or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. And buses running in all directions. Extremely well connected!

Cally Road itself has all sorts of shops and places to eat. In summer it is always bustling and has a nice vibe.

I am a chef and the kitchen will be kitted out! Everything else you’d need I’ll be leaving like a nice TV, desks, units and all sorts. Fully furnished.

My housemate is a super lovely, friendly and approachable professional working in finance. Principally I will be basing my decision around her and making sure I keep her happy! Whoever I do pick though is very lucky!

The landlord is permitting this sublet making it legal. We will enter into a lodging contract going over little details which I have found helpful and gives peace of mind for both parties. I’ve got templates from previous sublets and it is always worth it!

I have a parking space which I rent for just over £1 a day. Can chuck this in if you have a car. The bay is just outside the flat.

Smoking is fine, pets are technically fine but probably not recommended.

£1250/pcm all in (+£40 for the parking if required).
