I’m looking for a lovely girl, preferably a student, to move into a large double room in a 2-bed flat in Finsbury Park. The room comes with its own small private balcony, and the flat has a small reception room, kitchen and bathroom.

📍 Location: Finsbury Park - around a 10-minute walk from Finsbury Park station, with easy access to the Victoria and Piccadilly lines as well as National Rail, making it really convenient for getting around London.

💷 Rent: £1,300 pcm + around £50–70/month for bills.

🛏️ The room: Large room with a small private balcony. The flat is currently unfurnished, although I’ve already set up the kitchen and bathroom, so you’d just need to furnish your own room.

👩🏻 About me: You’d be living with me, a 20-year-old female student at UCL. I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate who would be happy to share the flat as a home rather than just a place to sleep.

🐈 I may also be looking into fostering a cat at some point, so being a cat lover would definitely be a bonus - although this would only happen if you’re happy with it!
