1 Double room in Islington

I am a live-in landlord renting a double room in a quiet building and flat in a wonderful area of Islington (near Hillmarton Road).
The room suits those who need a quiet place to relax after a day at work.
The double room size is: 360cm x 190cm. There is a built-in wardrobe plus plenty of storage in the hallway. If you need it, I can fit a small desk in the living area where you can leave your stuff.

The rent includes water and internet bills. Electricity, gas, and council tax are shared between us.
The flat has been recently entirely decorated and has new double glazed sash windows.

I respect your privacy and I expect the same. I am a former academic, which means you can have interesting (not boring) conversations. Both LGBT and non-LGBT are welcome.

The property is a 5-minute walk to Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line) and a 10-minute walk to Caledonian Road and Barnsbury (Overground, Mildmay Line). The area is also well served by many buses (12 minutes to King’s Cross by bus).
It is also within walking distance of the Emirates Stadium and is 14 minutes on foot to Upper Street.  

In the area there are:
Two swimming pools;
A lovely park;
Shopping: Waitrose, Morrisons, Aldi, Iceland, Sainsbury (convenience store), Tesco (convenience store), Nisa (open 24 hours), and Argos.
It’s impossible to list all great pubs in the area.

On weekdays, I have a slow start in the morning, but normally I come back late, around 10 pm, which means that you can have your late afternoon and early evening for yourself.
