We are Kimberley, Serena and Selkie the cat and we're looking for a third person to share our spacious calming three bed flat in a vibrant and very convenient part of Islington. Location 2 mins walk from Highbury and Islington station (Victoria line and Mildmay Overground) on Holloway Road, close to Highbury Fields and Upper Street.

Important!! You must be comfortable sharing a home with a cat! Selkie is our cutesey friendly cat, indoors, sweet natured, very well behaved.
She has access to all of the shared spaces and usually props herself on the sofa or stairs. 😻

✨Furnished with a double bed, x2 chest of drawers, tall shelves, side table, open wardrobe.
✨Dimensions are roughly 4.8m x 3m. High ceiling, feature fireplace, double glazed window - it's really good at blocking out road noise, blackout blind.
✨Bills - water and council tax included in rent. Gas, internet and electric are approx £50-60 extra pp.
✨Separate spacious lounge and kitchen.
✨Long-term lets preferred – No smokers or couples (per landlord rules).
✨No students, professionals 30+ only will be considered


✨The flat has a unique duplex layout, with the living space above the bedrooms—rare for this area. We're on the top 2 floors of a 4-storey building (4 flights of stairs) It feels more like a spacious house than a flat and never feels overcrowded.
✨ Spacious lounge, space for books, two dining areas. Modern appliances and amenities - washing machine, fan oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and drinks fridge (no dishwasher), gas boiler with Nest, 5Ghz broadband.
✨ The flights of stairs and no lift mean this is not accessible or suitable for those who struggle with mobility.

Home working welcome however or this is not suitable for someone who wants regular access to the shared spaces for work eg working 100% in the kitchen/ lounge. This is to maintain our home feel and inclusiveness of the shared spaces. Occasional use is fine of course and maybe we can have a calm co-working space we can all share?

Ideally, cat lover! Maybe you’re already part of or drawn to London’s conscious community. You might be aged 30–50 who loves or is curious about spirituality, wellness, conscious dance (ecstatic/contact/5Rhythms), sound baths, music, gigs, healing modalities, personal growth, singing circles, forest walks, creative arts, conscious /sober festivals, breathwork, sauna, theatre. And plants!!! We love them, bonus points if you're a keen plant parent. You'd be happy to feed the cat occasionally and offer her your love.

✨ This isn’t just a flatshare, our home is our sanctuary. We are looking for someone chilled out, emotionally aware, respectful, loves and very keen on keeping a clean and tidy space, open-minded and....I'll say it again...clean and tidy.
(no night owls or party animals, please).

Compatible rhythms around kitchen and lounge use, and shared values around quiet, clean spaces, are important. We'd love you to adopt our values-based community style share where we become friends and respect each others needs with open conversation. Mutual respect is essential.

It would be beautiful if friendship naturally flowed between us and we got to enjoy some of these things together, but we also respect solo time and honour quiet when needed.
Some other notes, we eat meat and tend to be mostly sober (ie low-alcohol and no substances so would appreciate you respecting that vibe).
