Hi! We've just signed the lease on a lovely 3-bed house on Crossley Street, N7, and are looking for a third flatmate to move in with us from day one!
📍 Quiet residential street off Liverpool Road, all within a 10-20 min walk of Angel Central, Highbury Fields, Highbury & Islington station (Victoria line + Overground), Caledonian Road (Piccadilly line), Tesco, Waitrose, and Upper Street's bars and restaurants.
💷 Rent: £1,300 pcm (bills excluded)
🛏️ Large, furnished double room with great natural light (see floorplan below for room layout!)
🗓️ Move-in: 24th September (we haven't moved in yet either — fresh start for all three of us!)

About us:
We're Jackie and Kelly, both 27! We buddied up to find a place together and have just signed the lease. Jackie works in finance and moved over from Sydney — loves keeping active, wine nights with friends, and making the most of everything London has to offer. Kelly is a doctor just starting the next phase of her training and loves Hyrox training, hosting dinners and cheese & wine nights, and the odd DnB festival.

Together we're a social pair and would love a third girl to join us — think dinners together, wine nights, maybe joining in on some of our hobbies (or bringing your own!). We're really looking for a flatmate who could become a friend, not just someone to split rent with.

Looking for:
A working professional girl around a similar age (mid-20s to early 30s) who's easygoing and up for a social house.
Please note: we don't have access to the property until the move-in date, but we're happy to send through videos and a 3D walk through of the flat in the meantime, and may be able to organise a viewing with the landlord too if required.
