Available from Sept 4th but can be flexible on the start date.

On Essex Road in Islington
- super well connected to trains and buses;
- plenty of good restaurants, pubs and shopping in the surrounding area; and
- great gyms and parks close by.

Transport:
Essex Rd Station (Great Northern)- just around the corner
Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria/Overground) - 14 min walk
Angel Station (Northern) - 14 min walk

Room and Apartment details:
The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, shelving, chest of drawers, bedside table and clothes rail.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms and the common spaces include:
- a living room;
- 2 bathrooms; and
- a kitchen which includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine!

Bills are paid separate to rent: all utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet), Council tax (band E) as well as a weekly cleaner come out to about £100-150pp per month.

Housemates:
You'll be living with Oliver (33, Germany), Euan (27, Ireland), Elizabeth (36, USA), and Andrew (31, USA). They enjoy hanging out in the flat and out in the neighbourhood, hitting up the local pubs and comedy clubs, playing padel and trying new things together. They all work as full-time professionals (law, economics, finance and sushi) and have their own social lives and hobbies (including sailing, hiking, flamenco dance and diving).

About you:
Ideally, you're a female working professional who is up for a hangout but also have your own work/personal life.
