The flat is due to be professionally cleaned and cleared before move-in, so it’ll be fresh and ready for us to make it feel like home.

Really convenient North London location with great transport links. Caledonian Road Underground Station (Piccadilly line) is within walking distance, making it easy to get to King’s Cross, Central London and elsewhere.

There are plenty of buses nearby, plus supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pubs and everyday essentials within walking distance. Upper Street/Angel and the wider Islington area are also easily accessible.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Ideally, I’d love to live with someone who enjoys having their own space and doing their own thing, but is also happy to chat, have a drink together or occasionally make plans.
