Hey!
Two of our flat mates are moving out, so we have two rooms available from the 28th of October.
The bigger room (room 1) is £920 and the smaller (room 2) is £850.
Its myself and my friend Cathal that you’ll be living with in the flat. We’re both 27 and we’re from Dublin, Ireland.
The flat is nice & bright with high ceilings. The area is very central with it only being a 15 minute walk from Kings Cross station or a 5 minute walk to Caledonian Road overground station.
It’s just a 20 minute walk to Angel, 10-15 minute walk to Coal Drops Yard, and the area has plenty of shops, restaurants & cool pubs.
