Spacious Room in Idyllic Islington House 🌿

I’m sadly leaving this lovely Islington house to move into my own place, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly, relaxed and well-kept household.

The room 🛏️
The room is spacious, bright and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardbrobe, chest of drawers, desk and some additional storage.

The house 🏡
The flat is tucked away on a quiet and idyllic street in Islington, while still being incredibly well connected. We have a lovely back garden, a fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen, and a clean, comfortable communal space.

It’s the kind of house where we often hang out in the kitchen, watch the occasional film or TV show together, or head to the pub as a household. That said, everyone has their own lives and routines, and there’s a good balance between being sociable and giving each other space.

~15-minute walk to Angel
~20-minute walk to Highbury & Islington
Excellent bus connections to get around London
Loads of brilliant pubs, cafés and restaurants nearby
Pophams Bakery is just around the corner (a very dangerous thing to have on your doorstep!)

The housemates 👋
You’d be living with Jake, Claire and Anna, all working professionals in their late 20s / early 30s. One Australian and two Brits. We’re a friendly, respectful and easy-going house.

Bills 💷
Bills come to around £100 per month.

Overall, it’s a really lovely place to live and I’m genuinely sad to be leaving. I’d love to find someone who will enjoy the house and the area as much as I have!
