The flat
Split level terraced house with a private entrance across three floors. You would be moving into the top floor (3rd floor). The room is bright, spacious, and has great storage. The house has a kitchen and living room on the first floor, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second, and two more rooms plus another bathroom on the top floor. There's a great wooden decked terrace out back that gets loads of sun, and the kitchen and living space are modern and fully equipped.

Flatmates
We're 3 young professionals working in finance, looking to fill 1 of 4 rooms as I'm moving out. There's a girl from France and two guys from the UK and Austria. All easygoing and looking for someone sociable, tidy and respectful, but happy doing their own thing too.
