The flat is a 5 min walk from Caledonian Road station (Piccadilly line), with pubs, cafes, and supermarkets(Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi, Morrisons) all nearby.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed. The flat is bright with loads of natural light, a south-facing balcony and access to a shared garden. It’s an older flat, but it’s comfortable and has plenty of character.

You’d be living with me, a 30-year-old Kiwi working in marketing. I’m easygoing and social, and enjoy getting out and about - cycling, running, travelling or heading to the pub.

Looking for someone easygoing, social and considerate - up for chat or a drink from time to time. Ideally working a fairly standard 9–5 that’s predominantly office-based.
