Double room available in a sociable 5-bed house near Islington and Shoreditch, move-in approx 3rd October!

We’re a group of 4 girls looking for a 5th person to join us in this lovely house! We’re hoping to find someone who’s ready to put down a holding deposit and get everything signed ASAP, with a move-in date of around 3rd October.

Location: Near Islington, Shoreditch, Regents Canal, Upper Street and Hoxton
Rent: £1,000-1050pcm + bills
Move-in: 5th October
Room: Furnished double bedroom

About the house
We have viewed the house and fallen in love with it. It’s a 5-bedroom house arranged over three floors, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, reception room and rear garden. It’s in a great location, close to Regents Canal, Islington/Upper Street and Hoxton, with good transport links into the City and central London. It’s 15 mins from Old Street or Angel station, 20 mins from Highbury and Islington station and on many bus routes. The house is offered furnished. Bills and council tax not included.

About us
We’re 4 girls aged 23–nearly 25 who met at Newcastle University. We all work 9–5 jobs and love making the most of our weekends and free time. We’re into foodie outings, pub trips, nights out, dinners and drinks in, runs, love island, coffee trips, festivals and generally anything fun!

We’re looking for someone who wants to be a friend as well as a housemate and would enjoy being part of a sociable house. We love having friends over and hosting dinners and drinks, so we’d love someone who’s happy with a lively home and getting involved! We also want the house to feel cosy, clean and homely.
