10 minute walk to both Angel Station (Northern Line) and Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria / Overground).

Looking for a young professional (male or female) in their late 20s/early 30s. Ideally looking for someone who wants to share a coffee, chat after work, and treat the flat as a social, welcoming home. We often cook meals as a flat once each a week which frees up the kitchen and gives everyone a lot more free time so it would be great if you are keen on that.

Rent (excluding bills) approx £900 / month. Bills (power, fibre, council tax band E etc) approx. 110 / month.
