You will be sharing with two professional guys who work in IT and Tech, in their mid 30s. They’re both easy going and friendly, into the usual kinds of things... sports, going out, gym etc.

Your double room has a double bed, bedside drawers, a stand alone set of drawers, and a built in double wardrobe. You will also share the bathroom with only one of us as there's an en-suite in the other bedroom.

There is a large open-plan living room and kitchen area. The shared living/dining room looks onto a huge private balcony, perfect for BBQs, drinks or sunbathing in the summer. The balcony can hold up to 100 people and has great views of London.

The living room gets the sun in the mornings. We have a dining table which seats six and two triple-seated sofas.

The property boasts a high interior specification and features wood-flooring to the hallway and granite worktops. The apartment is fully furnished and boasts luxury features. There are SMEG integrated appliances in the kitchen including a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is everything you need to make your life simple - iron, kettle, toaster, hoover etc.

The block is modern and secure, with video-phone entry technology. There is a lift in the block, so no need to climb the stairs! Secure underground parking is available if needed.

The apartment is very accessible transport-wise. It's five minutes from Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line), two minutes from Drayton Park overland (straight to Old Street, Moorgate and the City), 10 minutes from Highbury & Islington tube (Victoria line) and therefore Upper Street.

There is a Tesco Express two doors away from the apartment block. A vast selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants are close by, as well as the open spaces of Highbury Fields. It's a very nice neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk from Upper Street, which has a wide choice of great restaurants, bars and boutique shops.
