We have a double room becoming available from 15 November in our fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Angel/Islington that we love!

The house is currently home to three 30-year-old Kiwi friends, all working full-time and living in London for 3+ years.

We have a really good house dynamic, so we're looking for someone who will fit in well and become part of the flat!

Females are preferred for dynamic and balance!

The room:
• Double bedroom
• Comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe
• Fully furnished house
• Available from 15 November
• £1,100 per month, excluding bills
• Two bathrooms shared between four people
• £1298 Deposit

The house:

It's a spacious house with open plan living space and private outdoor courtyard (amazing in summer). Everyone has their own space and routine, but we're also a sociable house and regularly do things together on weekends.

We're all full-time professionals in our early 30s and have been settled in London for several years. We're social and enjoy going out for drinks, dinners, pubs, sports and weekends away. During the week, everyone works and does their own thing and we're respectful of each other's space.

Who we're looking for (you!)

We're ideally looking for a young Female professional who is friendly, clean, considerate and sociable.

Someone who:
• Works full-time
• Is clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Is sociable and happy to hang out with the house occasionally
• Has their own friends, interests and life outside the house
• Wants to live in a friendly home rather than just rent a room

The location:

The house is in a great spot in Angel/Islington.

• 5 minutes walk to Essex Road station
• 10 minutes walk to Angel
• 10 minutes walk to Highbury & Islington
• Close to Upper Street, with loads of pubs, restaurants, cafés, gyms and shops
• Easy access into central London, East/North London and a short walk to the Northern Line to get down south.
