Hi! Our lovely flatmate is moving out, and we would love to find a new housemate for the room.
We enjoy having a good natter, but we also value our downtime. We've had house gatherings here and there, so we're up for socialising. We also respect each other's need to recharge.
We're a household of recent graduates and young professionals. We're looking for someone to join our friendly home and help keep it a nice place to live. We're looking for a respectful, clean and tidy person.
Furniture/furnishings aren’t included in the bedroom. A double bed and mattress will be provided.
Not available for short lets. Long-term only - 1yr+. No working from home full-time. Proof of employment and references will be required.
Bills and council tax (Band D) aren't included in the rent. Rent is due on the 2nd of each month and will increase to £775 from December.
The tenancy must start on 26 October; the remainder of the month will be prorated and paid directly to the outgoing tenant. But you can move in whenever suits you after that!
Send us a message with a bit about yourself. We can't wait to meet you!
Sam, Carmen, and Katie :)
