I’m heading back to Australia for nearly a month and am looking to sublet my room from 3–29 December.
📍Location: An amazing spot in Islington, right between Angel and Highbury & Islington stations (around a 10-minute walk to both). Upper Street’s cafes, restaurants and pubs are just 2 minutes away, with Sainsbury’s Local a 5-minute walk away. There is also a larger Sainsbury, M&S & Witrose a 10 minute walk away at Angel Central.
Shoreditch, Hackney and central London are all easily accessible by public transport or Lime bike.
🏠 The room: Large and spacious, with a home office setup if you need to WFH. You’ll share the bathroom with one other person.
👋 Flatmates: Two Australian guys from Sydney, aged 28–30. Most of us will be away at some point over December, so it’ll be nice and quiet!
💷 £1,150 for the stay, including bills. Couples considered at an adjusted rate.
