I’m moving home and looking for someone interested in a short let or taking over the tenancy of my partly furnished flat in N5.
The flat is very close to Clissold Park and around a 10-minute walk from the lovely Stoke Newington Church Street, with its independent cafés, restaurants and little shops. I’ve really enjoyed living in this neighbourhood.
Availability:
• Short let: 10 November to 15 December 2026, approximately five weeks. Reduced rent available for this stay.
• Longer-term tenancy: start date to be agreed with the landlord and agent.
The current rent is £1,800 per month. Please enquire about the short-let price, bills and furniture included.
Both arrangements are subject to landlord and agent approval, with final terms to be confirmed.
Please get in touch through SpareRoom for photos, further details or to arrange a viewing.
