Furnished single room available in a shared house in N1/Islington from around the end of December 2026 / 1 January 2027.
Rent is £1,175 per calendar month, with bills separate. You would be joining three existing housemates, who will also be involved in meeting and choosing the new tenant, as we’d like to find someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and easy to live with.
This is a formal tenant replacement, not a sublet. The incoming tenant will replace me on the existing joint tenancy. The managing agent will carry out referencing checks and, once approved, will prepare a deed of addendum confirming the tenant swap.
The room is furnished and the property has shared communal facilities. Viewings can be arranged with us before proceeding with the agent.
Council Tax Band: D.
Deposit and referencing are required.
Available from approximately 25 December 2026, although the exact move-in date can be discussed.
