I’m leaving my lovely room in Islington and looking for someone to take over the tenancy from the 15th November. It’s a long-term let in a bright, friendly flat with two other flatmates on the 3rd floor of a large block of flats.

You’d be sharing with two lovely, creative people who both studied Fine Art. One manages an art gallery and the other works in radio.

We’re a friendly and sociable household. We like hanging out together, playing board games and watching movies, but there’s also plenty of space to do your own thing too.

10-minute walk to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line & Overground)

5-minute walk to Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line)

It's a great local area with a park, gym, plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.
