Hi there!
I am going back home to France for a bit and looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely flatshare during that time. Ideally from mid-November until mid-January.
(leaning more towards women and queer people, but all welcome to enquire!)
The property is a five-bedroom house share, with two toilets and one separate bathroom. We also have a kitchen, a separate living room and even a back garden (which the access is from the room to sublet).
The flat is a friendly bunch and love to socialise, but more often will be doing their own thing.
The available room:
Ground floor double room, £ 750/month, available November 15th to January 15th.
All bills are included in the rent!
I'll be hosting viewings on Thursday 29th of October and Sunday 1st of November. If you’re interested, drop me a line telling us a bit about yourself —work, life, hobbies, etc.— and what time you’d like to pop by for a viewing between those 2 days!
