Looking for someone to take a room in a two-bed in Islington with close connection to tube (N7).

About the flat:
It’s a bright and cosy mid-floor flat that is fully furnished. The flat gets great natural light throughout the day, and also stays nice and warm with the heating during these colder months. Has an open plan kitchen-living area with a dishwasher and washer-drier. We have great neighbours too that are respectful and keep the communal areas of the flat in good condition. It’s also really well connected with King’s Cross being one stop away, you can get to most places quickly.

Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line) – short 5 minute walk.
Cale finish Road and Barnsbury (Mildmay) - 10 minute walk.
Highbury & Islington Station – Roughly a 15 minute walk, offering Victoria Line, Overground, and National Rail services.
Camden – roughly 30 minute walk.

About Me:
I’m a 27 year old Scottish girl working as an architectural assistant. I only moved to London in June so still very much a newbie to the city, but in my free time I enjoy seeing friend, going to the cinema, exhibitions, browsing the charity shops, drawing or exploring new parts of London.

Looking For:
Ideally would be looking to share with another professional woman. I enjoy keeping a clean, tidy and peaceful home so really looking for someone that wants somewhere calm to come home to. Would be lovely to find someone friendly and up for a chat, while still respecting each others downtime. My current flatmate has been in the flat for 3 years and is sadly leaving because of her visa but it would be great to find someone to make this our own place.
