Room in 3-bed flat in Finsbury Park area

I’m Ollie, a 25yo guy looking for a new housemate to take an unfurnished room ASAP in my 3-bed flat in the Finsbury Park area. A bit about me- I currently work full time as a technician at a screenprinting studio, printing and embroidering garments, and i’m an aspiring graphic designer looking to find a career in design. I’m passionate about music, ice cold beer, going to gigs and dj sets, cutting shapes, visiting the pub, cooking at home, going hiking and swimming. I’m looking for someone ASAP, who shares my interests who I can riff with and potentially form a friendship with. Bee, who is 21yo will also be living in the other room, she’s studying a full time MA in Writing at the Royal College of Art, and also loves film, reading, writing and music. The flat’s a 10 min walk from Finsbury Park station and there are bus routes into central London a 5 min walk away. Also the flat’s in council band C. For referencing you will need to have an income and/or a UK guarantor.
