Stunning Warehouse conversion in Highbury - update

Hello mates!

We are two boys and one girl:
1. Montana : 26 years old, American and British, studying at Saint Martins, writing a thesis, working on the side.
2. Jack : 23 years old, British guy, working in the software industry.
3. Pierre : 23 years old, French guy, working in a cosmetics company.

We are all very friendly sociable people, it is not a crazy party flat but we do have a karaoke machine! We have a pool table and a table tennis table too.
We are looking for a flatmate to rent a room in a 4 bed warehouse conversion. Montana has lived here for nine months. Jack and Pierre have just arrived, replacing two previous flatmates who had lived here for 3 and 4 years.
We are looking for a friendly and social person who would enjoy the occasional movie/game of pool or just chill out, but who would also be respectful of other flatmates privacy.

The flat is close to both Highbury and Islington and Holloway Underground Stations and Drayton park overground line.

The room is a good sized double bedroom with some furniture included (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table).

The room is available on 7 Oct, but if you wish to move in earlier this can be arranged easily as Chris is flexible on moving dates.
