You’d have a fully furnished double room with built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers, sole use of the newly refurbished main bathroom (I have an ensuite), and your own separate office/study room, ideal for working from home or simply having some extra space.

Imperial Court also has a bit of history, the building dates back to 1836 and was once home to the headquarters of the Navy, Army & Air Force Institute.

A little about me:
I’m 38 year old professional working in Marketing for a tech organisation. I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly flatmate who is up for occasionally hanging out, watching TV, heading to the pub or having a chat after work.

The flat vibe is sociable but independent, so ideally someone who wants a friendly home rather than simply a room, while still respecting each other’s space.

I’m a vegetarian, so I’m looking for someone with similar dietary preferences, as well as someone who's clean and tidy in shared spaces.
