Large double bedroom in friendly flatshare

I am moving out of this lovely flat in February so I am looking for someone to take over the lease.

The room:
The room is a huge double bedroom that comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a desk which I would be willing to discuss leaving behind!

The flat:
It is a 3 bedroom flat with separate kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It is in Kennington and a 5 minute walk to the station - which is zone 2 on the northern line (also 10-15 min walk to elephant and castle in zone 1 for the train/northern/bakerloo lines) so an amazing location - it is so easy to get anywhere. There is a Tesco and lots of pubs and shops nearby. There is also 3 gyms within a 10-15min walk.

The flatmates:
You will be living with two professional girls - one is in marketing at a charity and the other is a consultant and they are 24 & 26. One has recently moved in and one has lived here with me for 3 years and we have loved it. We all have our own lives but are also close, and are often in on evenings watching trashy tv!

The price:
Rent is £720 monthly which is an absolute bargain for the location and the flat.
