I have spare room to let from April 1st. The room is good in size and furnished with a double bed, TV, large wardrobe and plenty of drawer space.
Also included will be a cleaner who attends every fortnight to clean the whole property, including your bedroom if you wish.
You will be sharing the flat with me - I'm sociable, outgoing and tidy. I enjoy different hobbies and sports and going out in my free time. I work in finance and currently working from home 2 days a week.
Also living in the flat is my cat who is very gentle and friendly :)
