Hi - I have spare room to let. The room is good in size and furnished with a double bed, TV, large wardrobe, lock and plenty of drawer space.
Also included is a cleaner, who will attend once a month to clean the whole property, including your room if you wish.
You will be sharing the flat with me - I'm sociable, outgoing and tidy. I have various hobbies and enjoy learning and doing sports + going out in my free time. I work in finance and currently working from home 3 days a week.
Also living in the flat is my cat who is very gentle and friendly.
The location is very convenient. The flat is a 3 min walk to Kennington Station and 10 mins to Elephant & Castle or Oval. There are plenty of day and night buses situated nearby.
