Small Double 10mins Walk to Tube, Spanish Speakers

I'm renting a small double room in a 4 bedroom flat.

We have a very big shared living room and balcony, and we speak Spanish and English predominately in the flat.

The rooms dimensions: 3x2.2m

- 10 Minute Walk from Kennington & Oval Tube Stations
- 10 Minute Walk from Kennington Park & Burgess Park

There are wooden floors throughout, the bathroom and toilet are pristine, the kitchen has a stone worktop, washing machine & dishwasher.

The living room is large, 5.5mx3.5 with a balcony, we're on the top floor, the road outside is quiet. We have free bike storage inside the building.

The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms and the toilet has its own sink.

I'd like this flat to be a friendly place to live, lgbt are welcome too.

We would like to keep a 50/50 male female split, for that reason we're looking for a woman to move in.

My name is Tin, I'm the landlord and I'll be living in the flat as well, that means if anything breaks it'll get fixed asap! It's also very important to me that you're happy living here and if you're not we can work together to make sure that you are.

I speak English, Spanish and Serbian/Croatian.
