Double Room 10mins Walk to Tube, Spanish Speakers

I'm renting out a small double room in a 4 bedroom flat.

We ideally want to rent to someone who speaks Spanish.

We have a very big shared living room and balcony, and we speak Spanish predominately in the flat.

The rooms dimensions: 3x2.2m

- 10 Minute Walk from Kennington & Oval Tube Stations
- 10 Minute Walk from Kennington Park & Burgess Park

There are nice wooden floors throughout, the bathroom and toilet are pristine, the kitchen has a stone worktop, washing machine & dishwasher.

The living room is large, 5.5mx3.5 with a balcony, we're on the top floor, the road outside is quiet. We have free bike storage inside the building.

The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms and the toilet has its own sink.

I'd like this flat to be a friendly place to live, lgbt are welcome too.

My name is Tin, I'm the landlord and I'll be living in the flat as well, that means if anything breaks it'll get fixed asap! It's also very important to me that you're happy living here and if you're not we can work together to make sure that you are.

I speak Spanish and Serbian/Croatian, I meet up with lots of Spanish and Latin people to practise Spanish, I dance Bachata, I'm into science and tech podcasts and the gym.
