House is owned by myself and my brother, I live here but am very chilled out. It has become available becasue my current flatmate and her sausagedog are moving back to Italy. Have lived with them for the past year so very open to pets.

Looking to refurb the kitchen in the near future so there would be a month or so of disruption.

As for me; work in finance for a design firm, 3 days a week working from home. Love to travel, work out, cook, go to gigs and go to the pub.

I like my space but also like to be social. Keep it fairly quiet in the house with the occasional bbq, friends over at the weekend etc
