Dear new flatmate,

I am looking for you to sign a new 1-year contract in a beautiful big flat 5 mins walk from Kennington. You will have large bedroom and separate bathroom in 2B2B fully furnished apartment.

About your flatmate:
- My name is Natasha, I work as a consultant in London in Big-3 company (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- I have 2 pawdorable cats (they are friendly and non-aggressive) living with me
- I like metal music (in my headphones), photography, signing, and so on, I am quite a fun person :)
- But mostly I am working hard on weekdays and chilling at home on weekends
- I am not a vegetarian and don't plan to become one
- I have a boyfriend who sometimes visits me from another country

About you:
- You a working professional or a couple, who are paying monthly, and are reliable financially
- You love cats, not allergic, and will be able to take care of my cats if you are traveling (to be honest, it is not much: feed, provide water, clean the litter; daily) -- I treat them as my babies and expect you doing the same (but I am sure they will win over your heart, none of the people who lived with them could resist 😹)
- You have high cleaning standards and will take care of a flat with me
- You are not noisy, you don't throw trashy parties every weekend

About our flat:
- It is a big flat in a new building with a balcony and fully furnished
- We have a washing + drying machine, large oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, new fridge, 2 hoovers (one is mine), iron (mine)
- We have 2 private gardens (one of them in visible from the window)
- We live in very silent area with windows from on side looking over the garden and the other ones to the parking lot of a church
- Our bills (for household): council tax 211 (monthly), water 290 (every 6 months), heating ~40 (monthly), electricity ~100 (monthly)
- Our landlords: nice couple, who provided us all furniture we needed and helped us with resolutions of any problems/questions we had instantly
