- Our landlords: nice couple, who provided us all furniture we needed and helped us with resolutions of any problems/questions we had instantly

About the contract and the flatmate:
- I am moving out of London and looking to transfer my contract after more than a year living in this flat (officially ends on Jan 25th, but the landlord will be happy to prolong it)
- Your flatmate (28, M) is a chill guy, who is tidy and very pleasant to live with
