Location: Kennington Zone 1! 10 min walk to Kennington Station
Rent: £850 month ex bills. Bills are 150 per month, this included everything with a cleaner every 2 weeks.

The Apartment:
Double room available in a 3-bedroom, 2-storey apartment in Kennington, overlooking a garden square. Just a 10-minute walk from Kennington Tube station and so accessible to everywhere in London

The People:
The apartment is shared with one Irishman and one American both in our early 30s and working professionals.
We’re easy going who enjoy cheeky pints,
like a good movie night and Ramen on Sundays.
Very keen to live with someone likeminded.

The Location:
Most people only know Kennington as the fork in the Northern Line and not as a place to live. It's a quite neighbourhood even though it's so central. There are a surprising amount of cute cafés and good pubs that fly under the radar. It's very well connected on the tube, very easy to get anywhere in the city or further SW.

The Room:
Double bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe.
