Kennington -- Room in Flat Share

Our housemate Issy is moving out and we (Anesa and Abbey) are looking for a replacement.

We have a lovely home in Kennington (with a fantastic garden and BBQ) and are looking for someone who wants to fit right in.

It's a really lovely building where we know our neighbours (which 100% helps with parcel delivery).

The flat is in an ideal location and is a stones throw from Kennington High Street with great pubs, restaurants, cafes, parks and supermarkets (there is a big tesco).

We are also really close to Oval Farmer's Market which runs every Saturday (there is an excellent olive stall).

We are a 10 min walk from Kennington and Vauxhall Tube station so it's really commutable. You could also, in a pinch, walk to Soho in 50 minutes , Elephant and Castle in 25 min or Westminster in 30.

We are close to green spaces including Kennington Park.

We are looking for a professional female (26-33) who is clean/tidy, respectful and likes to chat and catch up.

Re Council Tax, we are band E at Lambeth Council.

The Room:

- Has a double bed, desk, chair, bedside table
- The best part is the massive built-in wardrobes (have inc a picture)
- I have a video of the room that I can send on request.

Bills (internet, Council Tax, water, electric): Approx £150 (may go up and down in winter with heating etc.). We use splitwise to organise.

About Us:

I (Anesa) am a 28 year old Civil Servant. I'm originally from London but lived in Australia for 9 ish years (this means I permanently have a tin of milo in the cupboard). Love travelling, the occasional exhibition and my new ice-cream maker.

Abbey is a 28y/o software engineer, also originally from London. She spends Saturday's running a non-profit and Sunday's roaming flower markets. Tends to be in the office most days.
