The house has two bathrooms/washrooms, a large and beautiful peaceful garden area, with storage space, and a washing/drying room.

It also has a large living room, and conjoined office area - for reading, relaxing, working and watching TV – as well as a large kitchen that overlooks the garden, with a large communal space.

The location is superb: a four minute walk to Kennington tube station - one stop away from Waterloo. It is situated right opposite Kennington Park - and close to various amenities, within walking distance of Elephant & Castle and Oval.

The house is cleaned weekly and the other housemates are all young professionals.
