Our housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone to join us in our flat 🙂

£675 pcm, EXC bills
Bills come to approx £120-£150 per month
Available from 1st week of April, exact date TBC
Double room with a window
Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror, etc
The landlord will require references (previous landlord and current employer) and financial information (bank statements and payslips)

THE HOUSE

There are 5 bedrooms, 1 room has an ensuite and there are 2 additional bathrooms (you will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person). There is an open plan kitchen with big living room and a private patio. This is a converted pub, so has a bright, spacious feel to it. We are trying to make the patio greener at the moment so if you have plants, the more the merrier!

THE AREA AND CONNECTIONS

Kennington Park is just around the corner, and there are numerous transport links, although we cycle. The closest tube station is Kennington, which is just a five minute walk. This takes you to Central London/Tottenham Court Road in only 15 min! This is a great location for everything London has to offer. Also, we are 5-15 minutes walking distance to a couple of Tesco's, Morrisons, M&S, Nisa and Co-op.
